Membership Subscription
By subscribing to our Car Wash Membership, you authorize Klassic Car Wash to automatically charge your credit card each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. This subscription will continue until you cancel it by submitting a request through our website's cancellation form, with at least seven days' notice before your next billing date. No refunds or credits are available for partial periods.
SMS and Email Communications
As a member, you may opt-in to receive promotional alerts, updates, and important communications via SMS and email. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided. Frequency of messages may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by sending "STOP" to the short code for SMS or following the unsubscribe link in emails.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information such as your phone number, email, full name, address, and vehicle description will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer services and will not be shared or used for any other purposes.
Changes and Cancellations
Members can manage their accounts online to discontinue, pause, or change plans (limit one membership level change per 90 days) and update payment information. Requests to cancel or modify memberships must be made with sufficient notice as outlined above. Klassic car wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel memberships at any time.
Terms and Conditions
Membership is for ONE vehicle only and is valid during normal business hours. We reserve the right to close or modify hours due to weather, equipment maintenance, or special events. Rates and terms are subject to change, and we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.

Klassic Car Wash – Wash Club Terms and Conditions
Members will benefit from the convenience of automatic monthly billing to their provided credit card, ensuring a seamless payment experience. The credit card on file will be charged each month until the Wash Club Membership is canceled or terminated. No prior notification of these charges will be given unless there is a change in the date or amount; in such cases, Klassic Car Wash will provide at least 14 days' notice to the email address on file. Your membership is linked to the vehicle registered, allowing for one wash per day. However, we understand that circumstances change. If you change your vehicle, you can transfer your membership by contacting Klassic Car Wash via email, providing you the flexibility you need. Membership is valid for personal use vehicles only and not for commercial vehicles.
Monthly Membership Terms
• The minimum duration for a monthly membership is one month, starting from the sign-up date.
• Members may cancel their subscription at any time strictly through their online account.
• To prevent additional charges, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation requests submitted via email, phone, or in person will not be processed.
• No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
The car wash may occasionally be unavailable due to wash upgrades, weather-related events, or official holidays. Members are not entitled to any credits for car wash unavailability.
Force Majeure
In the event of a Force Majeure—defined as any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control—our obligations under these Terms and Conditions for car wash memberships will be suspended for the duration of the event. Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, epidemics, or actions of government authorities. Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure event, we will make every reasonable effort to notify members and to resume operations under these Terms and Conditions as soon as possible.
